Notes

Solo run on the PCT. Walked to the trail from the house before starting this thing. Ice bucketed both feet afterward. Then headed to Ormsbee for a tune-up. Got readjusted, then had calves, quads, and hamstrings rubbed out.

Calves and glutes are feeling ridiculously sore. Ormsbee says this is residual soreness from the Alter G. Threw on compression socks for the rest of the day.
