Morning run from the house with Dot and Danna. We braved the PCT, but it was an icy mess. We ran on sheets of ice until we hit Dequindre, where we turned and made it a loop. The sidewalks were in much better shape. Turned into a neighborhood to add on mileage.
The whole run ended up a little over 9 miles. Finished with strides in front of the house.
