Strength day at the gym with Danna. Had her teach me one of her plyo circuits. I can't remember the last time I got my heartrate up so quickly. This was definitely a challenge. I had to pause, slow down, or modify some of these exercises. Definitely pushed myself out of the comfort zone today.

We did 6 pairs of exercises. For each pair, we did each exercises twice (ABAB) for 1 min. ea. time.

For the med ball exercises, we used a 10 lb cloth medicine ball. For pushups, I used a Bosu for the first set, and a platform for decline pushups on the second set. For box jumps (my first time EVER doing these!), I found it much easier to do them one-legged. For planks, I did a front plank for set #1, and a back plank for set #2.
