Notes

Did full WU set (drills + stretches) before this run. Jogitty jog in the heat. We've been spoiled with perfect running weather for the past week, so this was a bit of an adjustment. Strides, abs, and foam rolling post-run. Right plantar still aches, so I rolled it out with a golf ball.
