Notes

Group #2 weights at Lifetime, 1x10. Put weight on the bar for the two latter exercises: lunge with Russian twist and reverse lunges. Added squats on the Bosu ball to the end of the set. Shoulders feel strangely sore (just a tinge). I assume it's from some exercises in yesterday's core work.
