Solo run in the neighborhood behind our house. The temperature was beautiful, and even though I was pressed for time (had a 6:30p volunteer meeting at St. Andrew's), I was tempted to sneak over to a track and spike up for strides. Then it started pouring rain, and that idea washed away. But I still very much enjoyed this run.
Soaked left foot in epsom salt earlier in the day. Still looking out for #TeamToe.
