Ran again in Frankfort, KY. Ran down through a down and out part of Frankfort, sidewalks were terrible. The first 2 1/2 miles were sorta flat, turned around and ran back to the hotel. Went into the old town and around all the historic homes, across and old iron bridge, to the road to the state Capitol and back across the Kentucky River and back to the hotel. Good run, took it easy since I ran only about 12 hours ago.
