Ran 6 miles in Frankfort,Ky. In Frankfort for MH setup school. Ran up this monster hill that was more than a mile long to start the run, turned around and ran back down the hill, turned left at bottom of the hill and ran to the State Capitol and around it and back to the hotel. A good run.
