A long run for me. Maybe the first at 4.4 miles, running the complete distance. Same distance as the Scandia race next weekend. I will admit to being tired both during and after the race. The road is up and down, and up and down, so I hope to run the race faster. Have no idea of how much faster. Also, this time includes the very steep driveway, which takes 3 and a half minutes going down, and 4 and a half going up. the race will be all flat. Now I will taper off for the week.
