Haven't been on the dreadmill for a long time. For part of the time, I put it on #1,2,and 3 incline. Yikes! My legs are sore. I wasn't very happy, because I had to hang on quite a bit. My pace was between 3.8 and 4, Hard work, and not as fun as being outside. Oops, should be positive. The positive thing was that the weather was terrible, I was busy, and I actually drove down and just did it. A point for effort.
