Notes
I enjoyed this run of half a mile S. on the road, and half a mile back. It was easy and felt good. I didn't push much. The only trouble was there was mud in some places to slow me down. I could have run further, but it was late in the afternoon, and I had only wanted to be gone from home for one hour, and need to get down off the hill and through the woods.
