Happy, Happy. Did 25 min. running steady for the 1st time (after a 5 min. warm up walk), for the Week 6, Day 1 C25K routine. Then kept running steady for another 10 min. or so. Then ran/walked for another 25 min. This was by far the most steady running I have done. Not at all fast, but kept going. Lots of fun to do that!
