Notes

First after 5 min. walking, I did week 6, day 2 of C25K. two 10 min intervals with 3 min. inbetween. It went just fine, even though my hip had been wimpy in the AM earlier. Then just ran/walked for fun. Tired in the afternoon. Forced myself to wear my jacket. Getting ready for Scandia race in the heat.
