Up the hill trail in 20 min, 29 sec. Had to stop a few times to remove branches, since we have had a bunch of wind. also, Al had been up there cutting some firewood, and the ATV had chewed up the trail some. The wood is Cascara, and he cut fire wood sizes for me for Christmas, as requested. Then ran a mile + or - on Forest Service Road - hilly - in record slow time, even though I was trying to run fast. Seem to be getting generally slower! On the way down the hill, I carried a fire log to the house. Nice to be out, anyway.
