Notes
A good run at Miller park, incorporating C25K, week 8, day 2. Ran for a little less than 3 miles, and walk/ ran the rest. Actually ran three loops, and walk/ran the 4th. Also, there was a 5 min. warm up. Just kept running for the fist three loops - not very fast for the most part, but kept it up. Feel very good about this one. Not overly tired after.
