5 min. walk warm up. then C25K , week 8, day 1. Run 28 min. straight - jogged, with segments of pushing faster. Few minutes walk after that. I usually start out the first 5 min or so wondering why I am doing this, and wanting to stop. My body doesn't want to get started. I do stretch and warm up, though. Maybe I need more. After that I feel great, and just keep going. I am in reality through with C25K, because I can on any day run a full 30 min. and more, but am going to go through with the last two weeks. I am getting ready for the Scandia 4.4 miles.
