1 st part of days "run" on hill trail. C25K. This is the end of week three, but I will repeat the routine at least once. The steep and rough trail makes it hard for me. In addition, my timing is hit and miss. I did better today than the other days, though. The 2nd rep was on the Forest Service Road, which is not so hard as the trail. I find, in general, that running for three minutes is a little bit of a challenge, but I recouperate in about half the time that I am allowed.
