Sooo Happy with this run! I did the first 25 min. on the C25K routine - uphill, because that is the way the trail goes. Then went further than I ever have, jogged a bit, walked a while, etc. Had a great run/walk with the dog out in the wilderness in the rain and wind. No ill effects, except slightly sore ankles the next day. Don't really know the distance, but feel now that I can tackle the 8K on Sat.
