Don't know how far I went, because someone moved my marker ribbons. Grrrrr. A hard workout. I pushed up the hill in my best time, went South about 1 and a half miles, running and sprinting, and back , then North to the barrier, and down the logging road. Then out to the North not far. Then had to come up the logging road, and that was hard by that time. Then back to the trail, and a race down to the house. Lots of sprints, which I feel I am getting the hang of, and doing better on them. Faster. My knees are tired,as are my ankles, so asked DH to bring home a pizza for dinner. I'm proud of this one.
