For me, a milestone! Finally my back is better, and I can resume close to where I left off on Mar. 14 th. Went up the hill in 19:30, and then walked/ran way further than I have gone before with no back trouble. Yea!!!! Out on the trail for 1 hr. 45 min. It felt soooo good. The wind blew some, and the weather was perfect. Also, for the first 20 min. I did the beginning of the C25K routine, which I think I will continue, and work it into my regular schedule. Woods lady
