T.he second part of my adventure I feel like I have made a little headway by now on C25K, week 3. This was, I think,the 6th time in 2 weeks for this routine. I am feeling better about the 3 min. of running intervals. Think I will do it at least onemore time. Not sure on distance or duration above. This was also my 2nd day in a row onC25K, and that was a little tiring. .I decided last week to up my number of days to run, so once a week ago, and again today, I have done two days in a row. I'll stick with that an see how it goes.
