Notes

Running using C25K, week 5, day 2, inchng up length of running interval, inching down walk intervals inbetween. This was 10 min run, 2 1/2 min. walk. Repeat. Then for fun, did another lap of walk/run. No problems. Would have done more, except I had come directly from PT. Working with heart rate monitor.
