This is a rough structure to give you an idea of what I'm looking for:
3 miles building gradually down to 7:30 pace.
3 miles at 7:00-7:30 pace.
3 miles at 6:45-7:00 pace.
3 miles just pushing hard to the finish. I would love to see sub 6:45!

Beautiful, spring-like, 50-degree day! Hard to believe a week ago was that miserable snowy/icy 16-miler!! Ran with Abate, Kurtz, and, for a bit, Stern.
I felt surprisingly good.....the paces I was trying to hit all were really easy to do, and it only got tough the last 2 miles.
