3rd leg of the GLR for me.... took over Amanda's route when their car couldn't make it to the exchange in time. Fine with me--it was a beautiful fun overlooking the LeSable River for a bit, with 2 miles on the StS trail. Kept a couple guys in sight the first couple miles on the flat road part, then lost them in the woods. Legs feeling better than yesterday! (Plus, it cooled off)
