9 mile progression--as flat as possible (mile 5 was uphill, 9 was downhill):
3 miles building towards 7' pace for last 1/2 mile (7:15, 7:26, 7:12)
3 miles at 6:30-6:45 pace (6:39, 6:43, 6:30)
3 miles at 6:10-6:30 pace (6:21, 6:24, 6:12)
walk few minutes
Steph joined me for the first 4+ miles, which was nice.... then I ran to Highland Park to run the last few miles around the reservoir. This run went really well! Legs felt sharp.
