WU, then 1ks, shooting for 3:17-3:20 (much faster than my typical pace, mid- to upper- 3:20s) for 6-8 with 100m walk, 300 m jog between.
Ended up feeling nauseous (too much Indian food for dinner? too early a start time? too hot a pace?), so I only did 5....plus the last was slower and I didn't want to bury myself.
3:20, 3:20, 3:21, 3:21, 3:24
I think if I had felt better I could've done them a couple seconds faster and done 6-7.
