Notes

easy run, tried to get in 10-15, but since I was running lots of hills at Frick, 20k was enough (new watch displayed metric, not sure how far I was going). legs were kinda tired since i went right after working (standing for 7 hours) and of course some fatigue from the workout yesterday.
