10 hill repeats up Schenley Drive....about 1:15 per, so a little less than a 1/4 mile.
I started somewhat conservatively, and tried to ease into each--I was able to chase down/ run with Ivan, Will, and Steve by the end of most. I felt pretty great, and was able to hang with those guys for the majority of the workout. The last 2 got pretty hard, but I wasn't dying...I could've done another one, but decided to quit while I was ahead. This felt a LOT better than when we did it in January.
2.5 mile warmup plus 2 mile CD = around 9.5 miles.
