Probably could've/should've taken it a little easier, but I felt great and was trying to squeeze in 9 mi before class (now that I've located a locker room at school, I'll have a few extra minutes). Surprisingly energetic considering the workout yesterday. This is on a pancake-flat paved path, basically the only time all week I have no hills. Did 2 surges for 30", around 6:00 pace, at the end.
