temp got to around 79, dew point around 48.
took Hammer Gel right before run and at miles 6 and 12.
took sweat salts (1 capsule) at miles 4,8,12,16. drank water ever 2 miles. went thru about 40 oz of water so about 5 oz every 2 miles.
took Precision Hydration 1500 night before and about 1 hour before
ate pb&j about 3 hours before
left calf got sore with a few miles to go. no cramps - didn't expect any.
shirt had some salt on it after.
