Notes
Started out cool. Sun soon started to burn off the dense fog. Decent run. Goal was warmup 1.2 mi then 1mi @ goal 6:50, then 1/2 mi easy then 1mi @ 6:50, then easy mile finish back to home.
Consistency of pacing needs work with inclines and fatigue slacks, but when I recognize it (slow downs) I was able to adjust and get back to speed...
