Short swim session, very different. 10 laps of legs only, 10 laps of crawl in the slow lane. John joined me, and taught me how to aqua jog. I suppose we did 5 sets of 1 minute 'on' 1 minute recovery, though I didn't really get the technique correct, so it didn't feel hard. I'm not feeling ambitious about getting a killer workout today, so it's all good.
Yay, a new thing to try! A way to make the pool a cardio machine!
