Spectacular hot yoga-power vinyasa class, taught by Angeline! A very happy enthusiastic woman, who really brings good energy (yes I'm using that word... oh boy) to her classes, and makes everyone leave feeling joyful. Probably one of the better yoga experiences I have had. She manages to correct without criticizing, without raising an ounce of a defensive response, truly an amazing skill. Happy Lia was there too, just so many smiles this night!
