I skipped my planned speedwork today in favor of an easy run and 10X10 sec hill sprints. I've got a cold again, and haven't had much sleep for a few days due to Maya being sick. A bird pooped on my head today. So disgusting! I felt something land on my head. I then touched it (ewwwww!), which forced me to wipe it on my shirt. I hope that wasn't some sign from the universe. LOL
