Brooks Glycerin 9 Aqu (Glycerin 1)
Partially pre-dawn run with the Visalia Runners. I did not take in any fuel for this run, and I felt it the last 2 miles. I was dragging. The Visalia Runners are a fast bunch. My avg pace was 9:10, and I was the last one in!
