Notes

Don't know my pace, but it was probably about 10:00/mile or less. I forgot to unpause Strava after I retied my shoe, so I lost a good mile-mile and a half of tracking and time. Anyways, so to run a mile you have to run 5 laps on this wack track. So today I wanted to do some type of workout, as is typical of my olde runnin days. I created my own work out. I ran 4 laps at regular pace, and each final fifth lap of the mile I ran a little harder. I was kind of striding, kind of hard jogging. I'm doing the best I can with being very very very out of shape. I cannot believe I ever ran on a regular basis tbh. Crazy.
