I almost didn't do this run, but I am glad I did! I started feeling pretty good. Went faster than I probably should have, but it felt good. Just as I came out from the Barry/LSD tunnel, I see Nolan on the Lakeshore Path, and we're both like wtf???!!!??!?!? Insane timing! So I ran with him for about a mile (thus the random slow middle miles). We chatted about our St. Paddy's Day shenanigans. I was planning on doing 3, but I decided I would stick around an extra half mile to catch up with Nolan. It was nice to take it slow! I turned around a little after 2 miles, he kept going since he was only a mile in. Felt pretty good going back, too. I suppose I probably could run further than 3. Maybe I'll start bumping mileage. Just hesitant to do too much too soon. Lol. Loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Chicago!!
