Notes
This was a pretty decent run! First of all, I almost didn't go because I wasn't able to sneak out sooner, and I didn't want to be out running once it got dark. Rach told me to go, so I did. It ended up being totally fine! Nice and crisp out, not hot or cold. Just right. I went out way to fast, so I couldn't really sustain it for the middle mile and the last one. Oh well, body wants to be fast but the fitness isn't there. Better than nothing!
