Notes
KPoss, DeCamp, MC. Getting warm, boss. Got a little quick on the start, then just stayed there throughout the run. Probably a minute or so faster than advertised, but don't really care. Worked a little harder than a true "easy" pace on the hills, though not bad. MC had a rough day, gassed out about 3.5 miles into it and just coasted in.
Left knee still in pretty decent shape, no more than a 1 this morning. Will ice it tonight.
