Notes
Doubled up after work, Rebecca at her parents w/the kids. Planning on 10 Easy, but had to cut it short due to some nasty weather coming in. Also, was fairly confident I was going to shit my pants. Made it back w/about 1/2 step to spare. Close, close call.
Went out easy for the first 5 then turned it on for 2 miles or so, backed it back down to finish up. Would have held the Steady State pace longer, but again, bowel issues forced my hand.
