Mepolito went w/the three of us for the first mile. Really easy day. Nobody had much to give today. Allergies are kicking my ass, MC has his first tri Friday and Josh biked in and will be biking home tonight. Glad to get a run in w/the weather being so nice, but I'd just as soon have stayed in bed today.
