Tried to run Wednesday night on the tm. Made all of five minutes at recovery pace and had to stop.
Today was much better, w/MC. Too fast thru first mile or so, then the quads started tightening up and we slowed way down. Once I got over the cold, it felt pretty good to be running again. Ran w/out a watch. That was nice too. I'll probably do that from now on for easy runs, particularly if I know the route distance.
I'mma fatass though. Time to start focusing on the weight again.
