Wind Chill: 35 F
First fairly cold day of the year. Little bit of freezing rain/sleet/snow bullshit. Nice and easy though, w/Josh and MC. Left foot was jacked up from last run on Friday. Doesn't feel too bad now, but will have to see how it responds later. Right knee also causing some minor grief. Other than that, felt great to get out there again.
Had every intention of running on Sunday, but entirely too hung over from Saturday's Sparty Party (35-21, BEOTCHES!!!!) to run. Like puking in front of the kids hung over. Terrific example I like to set. I rock.
