Really pretty day but very cold. I think the WC was actually neg. 3 or so to start the run, but didn't check until well after we got back in. Josh and me today, MC pulled the chute. Thought about going 5, but couldn't get Josh to go w/me, his heel is really hurting still. Planning on just taking it easy tomorrow, slow 5k again to prep for Saturday's race.
