Easy run w/MC. I was itching to go faster, but MC just had no energy. It was fairly muggy out, and he missed breakfast. Alas.
I'm surprised at how good I feel. Last week was a 57 mi/wk and is the most I've ever run. I had sorta planned on taking the day off, but felt good enough to go at lunch so I did. Now I'm trying to convince myself not to run another 3-5 miles tonight. 51 miles scheduled for the week and just a 14 miler on Sunday. hmm...
