Ran out to the mile mark of the five loop and turned around. Planned two miles, just to see how the knee felt. Therapist thinks it's IT band issue, and I agree. Been using a foam roll to stretch twice a day, seems to be helping. This run was frustrating as the knee hurt for the first 3/4 mile, then it was fine. came back, stretched a bit and then iced it. Feels ok. will stretch again later, and again when i get home. Tomorrow will be on the elliptical, then 2 miles again on Wednesday if it's feeling good.

This fucking sucks.
