Notes

recovery-type run. Just moving the legs, nice and short. Felt like going longer but the original thought was to go for a tiny stroll, nothing more.

Finished off a good week. Highest mileage week in eons, and because i'm doing it smarter this time, nothing hurts. Now I just need to repeat this a few hundred more times and we'll have a good base from which to build!
