Notes
Crew to start. First mile around 9 m/m. Then I got jumpy. The ankle felt fine, no idea what the hell that was all about, but it seems to be ovah. Strong, solid effort. the last 5 miles felt to be right around HM pace, maybe a touch faster. I dunno, but it felt GOOD. Caught the vibe about 2 miles in and rode it 'til just before the finish.
