Notes
This was a good run. It was a lot quicker than I originally planned but I'm okay with it. It turned out to be a progression run. I decided to make it one about a mile into my run. I felt good this morning so I was moving pretty quick. My milesplits were: 6:41, 6:34, 6:18, and 5:54. It wasn't perfect as far as pacing goes but it wasn't too bad either. This was a good run.
