Notes
The weather was nice and cool this morning and I wish I had taken advantage of the temps and no wind, but I guess my body was still a little sluggish.
I intended to run this as an alternations-type threshold workout, with 6:35 pace for 3/4 mile, 7:15 for 1/4th, for 6 reps. My legs really did not want to turn over today, though. I was breathing hard in the beginning of the first rep kind of like I did a few weeks ago. The workout wasn't so hard I couldn't have finished, but my legs still didn't feel warmed up after three, so I bailed and ran the rest moderately. The effort level was probably about right, though, perhaps a little on the hard side.
